If you do not resort to surveys, you can never discover what your customers feel is your brand’s plus points and what are the negative points. After the survey, when you analysis the feedback in detail, you will get to know the points which you would not have otherwise known. For instance, you may feel that you are offering the best doctors, medical facilities and treatment procedures to your patients, but after study of the feedback of the patient satisfaction survey you may realize that the patients are not happy with a certain doctor or a particular treatment modality.
